SUP Yoga Teacher Training - Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga has taken the community by storm! It combines traditional poses with the fun twist of executing them while balancing on a floating paddleboard. SUP yoga adds an exciting new and challenging experience that isn’t available in an indoor yoga studio.
