Take your SUP skills to the next level. An advanced class that will go over the following skills:

Maneuvers: Pivot turns, Cross stepping, Shuffle stepping, Weight transfer (nose to tail, rail to rail), Edging
Strokes: Bracing (cross-tail, slap), corrective strokes while moving
Stroke Refinement: Optimizing the reach, catch, power, release & return phases of the stroke
Safety & Rescue: Unresponsive rescue to shore, towing with a tow belt
Balance & Core Exercise: Simple exercises to enhance you balance & core stability
