SUP is a great workout. In a SUP session, your body uses almost all of its muscles simultaneously. It is a wonderful way to develop a stronger core and focus on balancing. Your legs constantly work to keep in your center of gravity, your core and back muscles are engaged together to maintain balance, and your shoulders and arms receive a great workout from paddling to propel through the water. The intensity of a SUP workout may vary based on your desire.
