We will teach you how to Paddleboard and get you started on your journey and for those more experienced paddlers, we also offer Advanced Training and 1-2-1's as well as SUP Yoga. If the weather is not permitting then why not come along to one of our Yoga Classes indoors and help soothe your body and your soul.
