Buddha Voodoo is a new yoga and/or paddleboard experience wherever you want it!  Our approach to yoga is a bit more lighthearted than some studios yet still can be relaxing and meditative, and certainly, stress-reducing!  Practice in a studio or gym, on a beach or paddleboard, in a park, or in your home.  Private and group sessions available, just call for more information!  My mat travels, and so does my board.  Beginning paddleboard lessons are offered, complete with boards and all safety equipment, so trying paddle yoga won’t be so intimidating.  It’s too much fun!  Please contact me for more information.
