SUP Yoga draws awareness into the weight transfer of poses. Those beautiful poses show you how to stay centered on your board making sure you do not exert more pressure on one side of the body. It also increases stability, balance, and core strength all under the beautiful skies with the water as the guide for your yoga mat.
