Founded in the spring of 2011 by Meaghan Shannon as a way to introduce two of her passions, training and her love of the water, to a larger audience. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Meaghan thrives on training people in a way that has them feeling great physically, as well as realizing their own ability to enjoy an active lifestyle.
With a background that has included years of surfing, attending college in Hawaii, attaining a degree in Applied Exercise Science, and a lifetime spent growing up on the South Shore of Long Island, it was only a matter of time before it all came together.
