Lessons
Until recently, the most popular question about SUP was "what?". Today, when most have already got acquainted with this activity, the question "how?" is raised. How to choose the right equipment? How to deal with it? How to paddle and stand properly? How to achieve better speed, easy maneuvering, or even make some SUP tricks you saw on youtube?

Answers to emerging questions, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills can be found in our lessons. The coach instructor will teach you the right paddling technique, will correct the mistakes so that you can safely enjoy SUP sport yourself. You can be sure about your safety as our school has ASI accreditation which no other schools in Lithuania have.

For beginners, it is recommended to have a 5 lesson course, in which you will get familiar with paddling, its technique, and basic paddling knowledge. For advanced paddlers, we are offering lessons of paddling tools and tricks.

Lessons are held in small groups (up to 8 people).
