______________________________Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at Harbour SUP n Sail, an ASI accredited learn to stand up paddle school, located at Enniscrone Pier Co Sligo and the Quay Ballina Co Mayo.
Harbour SUP n Sail is owned and operated by Mikee Hamilton. He's been paddling since 2008 and is experienced in a range of SUP skills from paddling flat water, down winding and SUP surfing in waves up to 6ft.
Mikee started the SUP school because of his enjoyment of paddling and introducing others to the sport.
He holds ASI Instructor accreditation for enclosed flat water and exposed waters locations, and surf locations, as well as water rescue, first aid qualifications and PWC boat operators license. He is assisted in the SUP school with experienced and accredited SUP instructors.
Harbour SUP n Sail offers group and private SUP lessons, certificate courses, SUP tours, from beginner to advanced, for children, adults, parties, school groups, backpackers, universities and corporates.
The school also offers specialized tours, team building, groups, stags & hens and can also provide great deals on accommodation and organize BBQs, buffets or full sit down meals through our partner business. Other activities include dinghy sailing.
Enniscrone Pier is an ideal place to learn as it is smooth waters and protected from the wind. The nearby Bay and Beach are also ideal locations to learn and increase your skills. There are crystal clear waters and a variety of wildlife including seals and dolphins. The coastal scenery is amazing.
The Quay Ballina, Moy river, and Belleek Forest Park all combine to make this one of the most outstanding areas for Paddleboarding in Ireland. The Quay has calm waters and ideal to learn. Forest Park has amazing views and an abundance of wildlife. For the more experienced, tours are conducted up Moy Rivers, which goes for over 10 km and takes you under bridges and into the town of Ballina and the famous Ridge Pool

Harbour sup n sail based in Enniscrone Co Sligo and Ballina Co Mayo we are Ireland's premier dedicated ASI accredited SUP school offering Tuition ,Hire and Adventure tours . The business is run by Mikee Hamilton a Waterman with over 40 years experience on the water.

Our Annual Connaught Battle of the paddle event brings together Ireland’s sup community for a weekend of Sup racing and surf usually held late April .
