SUP yoga is just like traditional yoga but it’s done using a board in the water instead of a mat in the studio. SUP yoga offers a thorough, low-impact workout that aims to improve your core and other stabilizing muscles.

Picture yourself in a meditative state, the warm breeze across your face, your fingertips trailing gently in the water, as you float like a sun-kissed Buddha.

SUP Yoga classes run outside from May through the end of September at 10 Lake Road in West Wildwood with Itswell Yoga at the K&D Family Marina.

SUP Yoga is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 8:00 a.m. Online registration is required.
