Paul Quirk, founder of MANASUP shares his Maori/Polynesian heritage through MANASUP Standup Paddle School. Mana (pronounced Munna) is a Polynesian word meaning prestigious and respectful. By practicing a healthy lifestyle, we believe participants can achieve mana.
