Peace Love SUP was founded in 2012 with the intention of combining fitness and fun in a safe and nurturing environment on the beautiful waters of Cape Cod.

Amy is a Level 1 SUP Instructor with certification through the American Canoe Association. She has also completed the Massachusetts Environmental Police Boaters Safety Course and has spent countless hours navigating the inshore waters of Cape Cod via SUP. She is certified in CPR and First Aid. A longtime practitioner of yoga, Amy received her 200-hour instructor certification in 2009. She has been an active yoga teacher since that time, both on SUP and in the studio. She regularly teaches classes at Crossfit Cape Cod, where she is also a Crossfit coach. She also incorporates yoga principles and fitness into her 20 plus year of practice as a physical therapist.
