Our SUP yoga day-treat was born in 2013 over a cup of tea. We wanted to get out on SUP boards to practice yoga.
Even though it's well-known in other parts of the world, it's just starting up in Hong Kong. So, we decided to organize our own SUP day (re)treats that would take everyone out to the waters and create an experience for people to connect to the sand, sea, SUP, practice yoga, and connect to each other.
Under the globally recognized, ASI, SUP YOGA HK is since 2014 an accredited training center and running teacher training and retreats to offer you the safest and most fun practice out at sea!
