Hi I’m Leanne Bird, founder of BirdSol (and Surfing Bird), Fitness and Wellbeing Coach and Consultant. I am the main instructor for BirdSol and aim to ensure a personal, friendly and quality service, whether working with people 1:1 or within groups, regularly or one-off. I have a particular passion for helping people who are currently not happy with their lifestyle and helping them to work and to make changes to improve mobility, day to day living, physical and mental health, recover from injuries and prevent injury and issues in the future.  In order to do this in a professional way, I have received the following qualifications and continue to add to my Continued Professional Development in order to constantly improve my service:
