With Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP) for beginners, you can surf your first waves, make crossings and excursions, and for experts to surf the biggest waves as you have never done before.
In our school, we will teach you the techniques necessary for you to start in the SUP with total autonomy and security.
These techniques include: • Exercises of warming up and stretching pre-post-sup sup • Type SUP and modalities • rowing • Go up the table position and crossing surf • Turns • Skip the breaking waves • Safety at sea The courses always end with an excursion through the fantastic northern area of Cap de Creus
