Event Guidelines (for Covid): By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines, which include:

• Practice social distancing
• Carry a personal hygiene kit (mask and hand sanitizer) and have it available during the event
• Refrain from sharing transportation, gear, food or close spaces with others outside of your household
• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, if you have been exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.
• Post-event; anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days after joining an event should contact the ambassador at [email protected]

TRAILHEAD INFORMATION:

This is an intermediate hike 4 miles hike out and back through creeks with an elevation gain of 592 ft.

TRAILHEAD DIRECTIONS

Parking on the street and we meet at the gate. Carpool is at 6:00 am at the Park and Ride on Newhall Ave at the Chevron Station

WHAT TO BRING:

• Pack your full supply of water for the day
• Pack snacks & a lunch
• As it is the cooler season, please wear warmer clothing
• Bring extra warm clothing (jacket in case it gets chilly)
• Shoes with good traction
• A light backpack to carry all your essentials
• Sunscreen, sun hat, sunglasses
• Headlamp
• Positive Attitude!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other people who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
