Hiking With The Flow

Girls Trek LA and The Flow join together for a truly unique waterfall hike event!

Join us August 6th at 7:30am for a beautiful waterfall hike where we’ll promote sustainability, share menstrual wisdom, and trek through mother nature.

In this event, there will be guided breath-work, community building activities, Menstrual and sustainability education, and a WATERFALL. We’ll also have a raffle with the chance to win menstrual cups!
