The Classic Car Show Vendor Registration

Welcome to vendor registration for the @ Venice Beach Boardwalk, Venice Beach California. Below you will see all details for vendor registration, Load-in & Load-out rules and much more.

Vendors this year we have refined how our event guests will enjoy our event this year by adding Two vendor villages, a few sponsor alleys and much more plus this year we have added food vendors which should bring a great new feel to the show, besides the amazing 150+ classic cars on display.

Vendors: All vendor locations are as listed, Vendor Village 1 (12 booths all 10 x 10 mixed with food vendors), Vendor Village 2 (12 booths all 10 x 10 mixed with food vendors), Cruiser Brand Alley (4 booths all 10 x 10 )VR 1 (1 booth 10 x 20 VR 2 & 3 (Both booths are 10 x 10)VR 4 (2 booths each 10 x 10 next to each other)

All vendor booths are located on grass, this is what the city of Venice has permitted us with, and we must follow those rules. Please adjust your set up accordingly.

Vendors: Selling merchandise if your merchandise qty equals a total value of $5,000.00 USD or more than you ( participarting vendor) will need to acquire your own insurance in case of any lost or stolen merchandise the day of the show. Excess Classics Edition / & the City of Venice & Los Angeles are not liable for any of those items lost or stolen. By purchasing a vendor spot you are adhering to that rule.

Food Vendors: Please make sure to have a copy of your Food permit to submit to us after purchasing your spot, you will need to email a copy so we can add that to our file when submitting to the city. If you do not send a copy of your Food Permit, you will be forfeiting your spot along with your payment (no refund). By purchasing a food vendor spot you are adhering to that rule.

Food Vendors have until July 10, 2023 to submit their food permit or there spot and also payment fee will be forfetited.

Load-in / Load-in for vendors begins at 6am please stage on SPEEDWAY & 18 AVE, our entrance to the venue is on 18th Ave please see map that has been posted. Please be mindful of our neighboring bussiness's & residents with nosie level this early in the morning.

Once vendors are checked in, they will be given a wristband and directed to their dedicated location that they purchased. All exiting with vehicles will be on Market St. which will be also marked on the map. There are to be no vehicles parked or driven on the grass City Rules, there will be no direct driving on the Boardwalk at any time unless instructed to and personally guided.

Cool Down / At 4:30pm the DJ’s will start to announce a cool down time before main load-out begins at 5pm, please follow the rules and begin to pack up so we can load-out accordingly.

Load-out / Load-out will begin promptly at 5pm, we loved that you were at our event to make it great, but we can’t stay here. All exiting will be made on Market ST. that will be marked on the map posted.

Prohibited for sale or distribution by the vendors.There will be no sale or hand out (free) of any items of any kind by participating vendors. If a vendor is caught or witnessed by event staff doing so will be removed promptly. Items Prohibited Alcohol, Beer, Hard Liquor, Mixed Drinks with alcohol, Firearms, Knives, Any weapon of any kind, smoking paraphernalia of any kid Tobacco, Marijuana, Cannabis, CBD, CBD Oils, CBD Pens, Cannabis Pens, CBD Gummies, Edibles, Pharmaceuticals, Marijuana paraphernalia, No Tattooing of any kind.
