Tue Conditioned Hikers: Temescal Canyon Loop via Temescal High Tr.

Strenuous 13 mile loop, 2800’ gain hike into Topanga Canyon Park via the Temescal High Trail to Rogers Road. Meet at Bienveneda Avenue and Via Floresta (Sunset Boulevard ½ miles west of Temescal Canyon Road, north 1.1 miles on Bienveneda.). Park on street, watch signs. Bring water, lunch, and lugsoles. Rain or Red Flag alert cancels.

Level: Strenuous

Bring: Lunch. water, hiking shoes/boots, hat, sun screen.

Additional Directions: In going on a Sierra Club outing you are potentially on a trip with individuals vaccinated and unvaccinated. It is your choice to attend the outing knowing this information. The leader can not and should not reveal the status of participants vaccination or reject a participant based on their vaccination status. You are welcome to wear a mask if that makes you comfortable. If someone is experiencing any possible COVID symptoms or is sick, they should not attend the outing. The participant is responsible for contacting the leader to report a positive COVID test. Leaders will provide participants with their contact information. Leader will report as an Incident Report to the Sierra Club.
