FitSUP started in 2014 as a fully mobile company teaching around Squamish – from first-time paddlers to fitness fanatics.
As a family-run business, we wanted to share our passion for paddling with the youth of Squamish and offered the District of Squamish SUP programs in 2015 and 2016.
From 2017 we started coaching through the Squamish Paddling Club to help build a stronger youth and family paddling community in Squamish. We now coach the kayak stroke (through surf skis), and canoe stroke (through Outrigger and SUP) to help develop all around paddlers.
Our PaddleFit and NCCP trained coaches and Paddle Canada Instructors continue their focus on providing solid paddling foundations.
Our online store stocks mainly accessories to make for a more enjoyable and safe paddling experience.
