'The Broad' comprises a series of rivers and lakes (broads) covering 303 kms, seven rivers and 63 broads. The Norfolk Broads have been coined 'Britain's Magical Waterland' which represents the mystic beauty of the rivers.

Ian Curtis, co-owner and head SUP instructor, holds ASI Level 1 Enclosed Flat Water instructor accreditation, water rescue and first aid qualifications. He's also a qualified kayak and canoe instructor. Ian has excellent knowledge of the local water ways and conditions and can introduce you to the world away from the stress and hustle of city life.

We teach beginners the basics of how to Stand up Paddle in the gentle and safe environment of the Norfolk Broads. The more experienced can enjoy the SUP tour sessions. If you are interested in purchasing SUP equipment, we have a range of Starboard paddle boards in stock as well as other SUP boards and stand up paddle board paddles.
We also host the Norfolk Boards Classic, a 13 mile flat water stand up paddle race on the Broads.
