Mau Loa's translation is Forever in Hawaiian. The name was a tribute from a son to his Father.
Mau Loa was created in 2010 with the intention of promoting Stand Up Paddle as a sport and leisure. SUP is undoubtedly a complete sport and one of the most democratic, that is, everyone can.
We used as a base the reservoir Rio grande at the Billings dam which is 25 min from the center of Sao Paulo a place that provides us with its very interesting fauna and flora, very safe and with incredible routes. Combining sport with a great opportunity to be very close to the Atlantic forest, perfect combination for beginners in the sport, or for practitioners looking for new places for training or outings.
