We do Stand Up Paddling (SUP) with heart and soul. We love SUP because it's not just a great sport. SUP makes you happy. It harmonizes body and mind and is our preferred locomotion on the ocean, lake and river.
Stand Up Paddling is a great workout for the whole body. It strengthens the holding muscles and the balance. The body tension, arms, shoulders, legs - everything is trained. It's like a complete workout, without you realizing that you're doing sports. You do not have to torture or motivate yourself. You just paddle.
In May 2016, we will open our first SUP station - the BayStation'71 in the Wasserslebener bay on a beautiful sandy beach with gently sloping water, right on the Danish border at Flensburg. There you can rumgammeln in beach chairs on the beach, enjoy an ice-cold Flens, borrow a SUP and rumschippern on the fjord, play beach volleyball or stream football and much more. The bay, as the insiders call our beach bar, is "the place to be" in the summer. There is nowhere relaxed. Come to us on the beach and "do it your bay"
