Paddleboard Winter Haven wants to share our passion for stand up paddleboarding with Winter Haven residents and visitors.

Our primary goal for every lesson, tour, and board sale is to provide the best service, products, and advice in town.  We specialize in teaching first-timers how to stand up paddleboard and we have a great time! We also offer private paddleboard parties, corporate “board” meetings, paddleboard adventure trips, and Paddlefit workouts.

With the opening of Legoland in Winter Haven, there is a strong push from the Greater Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce and our City Council to promote Winter Haven as a city to visit for more than one day.  To that regard, paddleboard lessons and adventures are a great way for families visiting Legoland to spend an extra day in Winter Haven.  Not only can they enjoy the sport of paddleboarding, but also swimming in our chain of 14 lakes, watching the Legoland pirate ski show from the water, paddling to Harborside for lunch, and enjoying our beautiful ecosystems and abundant birdlife along the lakeshores.

Local residents are able to enjoy our services and ‘try before they buy’ our boards.  Once a resident owns a board, they can ‘meet up’ with other board owners for scheduled paddles listed on our website.  Paddleboard birthday parties and holiday parties are available.  Businesses may use our services for team building exercises and retreats.  Paddlefit workout classes offer an alternative to the gym.  This meets a need in our area as we have an initiative called ‘Building a Healthier Polk’ to decrease obesity in Polk County. We also deliver the paddleboards for event rentals.

Paddleboard Winter Haven is a mobile business.  We are able to base lessons and trips at the most appropriate Winter Haven lakefront locations for an amazing experience always taking into account weather conditions.  Our certified instructors make the experience fun and keep clients coming back time after time.

What We Offer

Learn to Paddleboard in Central Florida. With over 7 years of experience being on the water, we are the premier paddleboard company here in Central Florida. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to hone your skills on the board, Paddle Board Winter Haven will help you achieve your goals. Get familiar with the equipment, become aware of weather and water conditions while learning proper etiquette and safe paddling practices. Once you are educated in the proper technique you will be able to take your paddling skills to the next level and anywhere that you travel.
