River Spirit SUP is owned and operated by Lyndsey Read. A life long nature enthusiast with a love of watersports.
Being in a landlocked town and living on a boat afloat the river, SUP provided the ideal opportunity for Lyndsey to get out on the water. It also allowed her to combine supping with her love of nature, plants and paddling in some amazing locations.
Lyndsey is an ASI Level 1 SUP Instructor (Enclosed Flat Water) and holds water rescue and first aid qualifications, as well as working a diverse arena of fields, her love for the water and now introducing and sharing with others is where her forte lies.
River Spirit SUP is about being with nature and getting people into the diversity it beholds. The river Nene is breathtaking, with an abundance of wildlife, birds, animals, and regular displays from dragonflies and kingfishers. Supping is a beautiful way to see the river. Whilst disconnecting from the busy pace, it helps you find some of that essential time and space to get some well deserved balance and peace in your life.
River Spirit SUP is accredited to provide SUP sessions in Enclosed Flat Water locations. The school offers group and private SUP lessons and SUP tours for adults, parties, universities and corporates.
