Sligo Bay SUP is owned and operated by Niall Harte. He's been surfing the west of Ireland coastline for 20 years and started paddling in 2009. Niall started the SUP school as a way of getting other people in the area into water sports and to share his passion for Stand Up Paddling with them.
Niall holds ASI Level 1 and Level 2 SUP Instructor accreditation for Enclosed Flat Water and Exposed Waters locations, water rescue and first aid qualifications. He also holds an international water safety license for personal watercraft rescue in high surf.
Sligo Bay SUP offers group and private SUP lessons, SUP Tours and fitness workouts for kids, adults, parties, school groups, backpackers, universities and corporates.
Lessons will take you paddling from Rosses Point, Lissadell, Streedagh Beach, Mullaghmore, and Doorly Park. You are surrounded by 360-degree views of the stunning Sligo coastline and Ireland's very own table mountain Benbulbin.
