The Trinity River, located in Northern California, is the Klamath River’s largest tributary. The Upper and Main forks of the Trinity have been popular with boaters for years. The Lower Trinity is our river for SUP.
The Lower Trinity’s lush mountain setting is often overlooked by boaters seeking more challenging rapids. But the Class II whitewater is perfect for SUP enthusiasts looking to move past flat water. Boasting several wilderness sections and finishing with a spectacular run through the Weitchpec Gorge, Team Sundance will spend 3 days and 2 nights exploring this beautiful river.
You’ll paddle over 30 miles on this scenic stretch with support rafts to transport your overnight gear. Team Sundance will prepare delectable dinners at a riverside campsite. As well as big breakfasts to power you though the next day’s paddle. With stunning spots for hikes and afternoon swims, you will have 3 days full of play!
