Learn how to stand up paddle and have SUP lessons at SUP Guernsey, an ASI accredited learn to stand up paddle school, located on the Island of Guernsey, in the English Channel, off the coast of Normandy, France.

SUP Guernsey is owned and operated by Chris Carter and Dana Ujhazyova. They both hold ASI Level 1 and Level 2 SUP Instructor accreditation for Enclosed Flat Water and Exposed Waters locations, water rescue and first aid qualifications. Dana is also a 200 hour Yoga teacher. They are assisted in the SUP school with experienced and accredited SUP and SUP Yoga instructors.

SUP Guernsey offers group and private SUP lessons, certificate courses, SUP tours and fitness workouts for kids, adults, parties, school groups, backpackers, universities and corporates.

They also specialise in SUP Yoga. Sessions are conducted throughout the year.

Lessons and SUP Yoga sessions are held in the scenic waters of Cobo Bay, Ladies Bay, Petit Bot and Grandes Rocques. Cobo Bay and Grandes Rocques are popular family beaches with fine sand and shallow waters making them ideal locations to learn to stand up paddle.

Petit Bot Bay is a beautiful little cove set at the base of two wooded valleys on a sheltered section of Guernsey's south coast and flanked by high cliffs.
