Join Sup Yoga Swansea and The SUP HUT or one of our unique SUP Yoga Sessions. They take place around Swansea and Gower. At locations including Mumbles, Langland, Three Cliffs Bay and Swansea Canal.

During the sessions, you will be guided through an introduction to the paddleboards, a warm up and introduction on how yoga can be transferred onto the water!

Yoga Teacher Helen Wilson (Womankind Yoga, Beach Yoga Swansea Bay) will show you how to move through gradual classical yoga postures on your board – in a class that will both challenge, strengthen and relax both your body and mind.
