UltraMissions is a local outdoor adventure, teaming, and touring company.

When the sun is shining and the temps are warm, we are your source for all things standup paddleboarding in Cleveland and beyond. UltraMissions offers paddleboard lessons (one-0n-one and small group), kids’ summer paddle camps, paddleboard race league, paddle tours, special event planning, and more. Not sure where to start? Grab a few friends for an XL experience on our 17-foot Red Paddle Co board!

In addition to excitement on the water, we also design customized, generally land-based Missions for your group or company, highlighting new learning, adventure, and group problem-solving. Teams travel using alternative modes of transportation (human-powered or public) to various checkpoints throughout the city solving missions and creating lasting memories! Each mission provides participants an adventure and opportunity to work together while discovering new insights about themselves and each other. Teams document their missions with photos and videos which are revealed at the ending venture where prizes are awarded and hilarity ensues. For larger groups, a debriefing session is held back at your office the following week to identify, apply, and transfer outcomes resulting in more productive, happier members and employees!
