Weymouth Watersports is owned and operated by Richard Fabbri. He was one of the first to start stand up paddling in the UK, back in 2004 and has been involved in developing the sport including setting up and running the local SUP club. Richard holds a Human Movement Science Degree. ASI SUP Instructor L1, L2, L3 downwinding qualifications, Is a Personal Trainer. Cross Fit Level 1 & 2, Cross Fit Olympic Weight Lifting, RYA Level 2 Windsurfing Coach, RYA Powerboat Level 2 Trainer and a IKO Kitesurfing Level 3 Instructor (flat water, freestyle trick, wave riding).
He start the Weymouth Watersports in 2010 and he and his team have been delivering SUP lessons from beginner to elite and downwinding at Weymouth.
Weymouth Watersports is also an ASI Instructor Training and trains others to be SUP Instructors.
The SUP school is located right on the water. Weymouth is the gateway along the world Heritage Jurassic Coast, and has scenic coastline with natural vegetation and a range of ideal supping locations.
